Back when an official Jimi Hendrix magazine was in existence – and l-o-n-g before I started writing my book “Modern Listener Guide: Jimi Hendrix” – I contributed various features to the publication, known as “Experience Hendrix” – the same name as the family entity that controls Jimi’s estate. I received an email this morning from Experience Hendrix calling attention to an analysis of the Jimi Hendrix Experience in Texas, now featured on their website.
